Little Fish, Little Plants…
Yesterday, the garden (phase 1) was completed…and the tilapia had babies! (or, at least, they’ve gotten big enough to be visible…Uncle K says they’re probably just over a week old.) They are so teeny tiny but their eyes glow as if they were plugged in! And we now have 19 new kinds of food growing – in a pretty small space, too, only 4 feet square – thanks to Mel and the Square Foot Gardening concept. I’m just a city girl; this is all amazing. Thank you, Kaua’i!
